As graduation season has come and gone, I’ve had the privilege of watching some of my closest friends run off to college and chase their dreams. The pain of saying goodbye is tough, but it’s one that symbolizes new beginnings, a fresh chapter in our stories that will be cemented into our legacies forever. We are often told there is no such thing as “perfection”. Achieving it is impossible, and no matter how hard we strive to be perfect, we’ll always come up short. It doesn’t matter what the task at hand is. Whether we are trying to master the arts or become the best possible version of ourselves, we will always be bound to the inevitable mistakes of life.
